1. Open the Natural Grounding Player

2. Go in Tools | Media Encoder

3. Make sure the video to convert is somewhere in your Natural Grounding folder.

4. Click "Select" and select the file you want to convert.

5. Select the preset that looks best and tweak settings. Make sure "Increase Frame Rate" is selected, which does eliminate noise in the video and make encoding more efficient.

6. Click Preview Changes and compare with the original.

7. When you're satisfied with the results, click Encode
