For MAX10 devices, the maximum supported HDMI resolution is 1280 x 720 with 60 Hz refresh rate which translates to pixel clock of 74.25 MHz and a line rate of 742.5 Mbps. These maximum performance results are based on commercial MAX10 Speed Grade-6 devices.

For Cyclone V devices, the maximum supported HDMI resolution is 1280 x 1024 with 60 Hz refresh rate which translates to pixel clock of 108 MHz and a line rate of 1.08 Gbps. These maximum performance results are based on commercial Cyclone V Speed Grade-6 devices.

Speed grade –I6, –A6, –C7, –I7 parts have the same IO speed.
