Key Account Manager(A138781)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with operator(VDF) key accounts that bring in the most income for the company;
  • Addressing and resolving operator key accounts’ needs and complaints;
  • Acting as the main point of contact between operator key accounts and internal teams;
  • Communicating and collaborating on a daily basis with the marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure smooth flow of all processes and business on going;
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders;
  • Developing a thorough understanding of operator key accounts' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions;
  • Negotiating contracts with operator key accounts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each account's long-term goals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field;
  • Proven experience in operator key account management, smart phone background or new Technologies and Small Domestic Appliance would be great asset;
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software;
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts;
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in English.
