Developing and sustaining solid relationships with operator(VDF) key accounts that bring in the most income for the company;
Addressing and resolving operator key accounts’ needs and complaints;
Acting as the main point of contact between operator key accounts and internal teams;
Communicating and collaborating on a daily basis with the marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure smooth flow of all processes and business on going;
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders;
Developing a thorough understanding of operator key accounts' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions;
Negotiating contracts with operator key accounts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each account's long-term goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field;
Proven experience in operator key account management, smart phone background or new Technologies and Small Domestic Appliance would be great asset;
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software;
The ability to handle multiple client accounts;
Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluent in English.
