Lease extensions can be confusing, stressful and expensive. The co-founder of Zero Down Lease, Josef Wasinski, wanted to make them simple, easy and affordable, so created a proptech company to do this with the help of the Geovation Accelerator Programme. https://lnkd.in/escyGs-B #PropTech #Leases

Thank you for hosting, Wilson Browne Solicitors, it's great to have your feedback and insights.
Solicitor | Commercial Property Expert Helping You And Your Business With Their Commercial Property Transaction | Partner | Board Member | Legal 500 recognised Solicitor | Head Of Social Housing | #tomwarrender
Jenny Woodruff and I met with Joe Douglass and Martin Smith of HM Land Registry at our offices today. The Land Registry are keen to get out and speak to law firms and reached out to Wilson Browne Solicitors as they were keen to understand:- 🟣 Our firm and our main interactions with HM Land Registry, the most common conveyancing transactions that we deal with and the method used to submit applications to HM Land Registry. 🟣 Exploring which of the Land Registry training materials we have used and our feedback on these 🟣 Suggestions for training that we would like to see and a chance for us to comment on HM Land Registry services in general. Overall it was very much a discussion rather than an interview to hear about our day-to-day interactions with HM Land Registry, how well their materials are helping with that interaction and what more the Land Registry could do for law firms. Meetings like this are of course an investment of time but they are so important to ensure feedback is given and listened too; for Jenny & I, and Wilson Browne Solicitors as a whole, it is an honour to be selected as a leading law firm whose views and feedback are so important to the Land Registry. To know that we were picked as the first of these such meetings again is brilliant to hear. PS - Joe/Martin I look forward to "Requisitions of the Week" being a podcast regular 😉 #LandRegistry #LawFirms #AllTheHelpYouNeed
