1. Schedule your LAST bill payment to pay on or before Wednesday, July 17. -If you have recurring payments, verify NONE are scheduled to process after July 17. 2. Make a list of your current bill payments and payee information so you can verify everything has been converted correctly after July 22. 3. Delete payees you do not want us to convert to the new system. 4. Verify an address is set up for your payees that are paid by check. If an address is not entered the payee will not convert to our new bill payment system. -If the address is missing, edit the payee and enter the payee’s payment receipt address. 5. Make a copy of any payee / payment history you want to maintain for your financial records. Payment history prior to July 17 will not be available on the new online bill payment system. 6. Make a list of your current person to person or account to account payees. -For security reasons, these payment types cannot be converted to our new bill pay vendor.
