Leadership Transition
We recently announced that Kimberly K. Ryan, President of Coperion, has been selected to succeed Joe Raver as Hillenbrand’s Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2022. Joe is retiring at the end of the year after 8 years as CEO and 27 years with the company. During his tenure, he played a significant role in transforming Hillenbrand into the global diversified industrial company it is today. Kim will serve as Hillenbrand’s Executive Vice President during the 7-month transition.
