The CoStar Group named the Walter Dods, Jr. RISE Center Redevelopment of the Year in its 2024 Impact Awards Hawai‘i program. The entrepreneurship-and-innovation center with student housing at the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus was a public-private partnership (P3) project by Hunt Companies Hawai'i, the University of Hawai‘i System and UH Foundation. It is fully funded with private, non-taxpayer money.

We’re celebrating our 4th anniversary, and our business is expanding! Construction is completed at our Avendale The Colony neighborhood in Bastrop, Texas and we just began leasing at Avendale Painted Tree in McKinney, Texas. We also began construction on the Avendale Chisholm Trail Ranch neighborhood in Fort Worth.  In addition to developing our signature Avendale communities, Avanta is actively partnering with Build-to-Rent developers across the country.
