✨Incose India Chapter - Stryker India- System Engineer Session- “From Chaos to Clarity: Understanding Systems Thinking” ✨ INCOSE India Chapter has the incredible opportunity to be part of the System Engineering session with Stryker Global Tech Centre India. Every day brought new challenges and learning opportunities in the MedTech world &This session was filled with unique experiences and system thinking aspects. We dove into the world of System failures and various approaches and explored the fascinating journey of System Engineering. The guidance and insights from Dr. Yogananda Jeppu were invaluable, steering the participants toward exciting topics and future possibilities. A huge thanks also go to Mr.Ankur Bhagat for his mentorship in inviting Incose India & We would also like to thank Mr. Sharad Rayguru for help in driving this. The team is excited to take these experiences, insights, and skills into future projects and continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

Currently, at Boeing, he is a lead engineer for Digital Thread Capability Development and is a Technical Lead Engineer for AvionX MBSE Process. In his previous organization, he led projects including the development of Maritime Surveillance Tool for CAIR and the design and manufacturing of the Cockpit Shell for Tejas Mk-2 for ADA. ~~Brief about the session~~ Large-scale complex product systems, such as spacecraft and aircraft, comprise thousands of systems and millions of parts. These systems and parts are increasingly interconnected and complex, produced in multiple sites across the globe. As complexity and interconnectivity rise, the development approaches for these systems must be improved to avoid integration issues and ensure better quality. Model-Based Engineering (MBE), with its live models and visual simulation approaches, addresses these challenges. Two critical elements of MBE—Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Twins—are revolutionizing the aerospace industry. They enable model-based design, simulation, and analysis of complex systems, creating virtual replicas of physical assets for real-time monitoring and optimization. This integrated approach enhances collaboration, safety, and efficiency, while reducing integration issues, costs and risks, supporting the development of next-generation aircraft.
