Our team was thrilled to present "Creating an AI-Ready Workforce: Pennsylvania’s Employee-First Approach to Piloting Generative AI" at the Code for America Summit. This session showcased the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's innovative pilot program aimed at exploring how generative AI can enhance our workforce.   While the spotlight on generative AI often falls on chatbots and AI-powered applications, our focus is on understanding where our employees see opportunities to apply these tools in their daily work.
