This event supports Special Love, Inc., one of NIH’s charities, and its mission to provide unforgettable summer camp experiences for young cancer patients and survivors. Located in Front Royal, Virginia, Camp Fantastic brings together children from all over the country for a week of adventure and camaraderie. This program not only offers recreational activities but also boasts a fully staffed medical facility on-site, allowing kids to participate safely in all the camp has to offer. We are proud to stand alongside NIH and Special Love in their efforts to provide this uplifting event where kids can simply be kids. We are proud to support such an incredible cause and look forward to many more years of partnership.

We are thrilled to announce that Maria Serrano has been promoted to property manager at Admiral Farragut Apartment Homes! Maria began her journey with us as a Leasing Professional at Fountain Club in 2010. Over the years, she has consistently demonstrated a dedication and sense of expertise, earning a promotion to Assistant Property Manager in 2015. In her new role, Maria will leverage the skills honed over nearly a decade as an assistant property manager, combined with the insights gained from the 2022‒2023 Leadership College program. Congratulations, Maria! We can't wait to see all that you and the Admiral Farragut team will achieve together!

Congratulations to the 2024 graduates of the Southern Management Leadership Program! After three years of dedication, mentorship and hard work, we're thrilled to celebrate the achievements of our thirty-one exceptional students. The Southern Management Leadership Program (SMLP) is a scholarship initiative designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs in partnership with The University of Maryland, Montgomery College and Prince George's Community College. Through advisement and education, we aim to develop individuals who will drive positive change in their communities and beyond. As these alumni embark on the next chapter of their journeys, we have no doubt that they will continue to lead with integrity, compassion and innovation. We can’t wait to see all that they accomplish!
