Congratulations to Megan Carlson who was awarded this year’s Theresa Strecker Collaboration Award! Named in honor of a former Summa Health employee who dedicated 40 years to caring for patients, 39 of which at were on our Labor and Delivery unit, this award is given to a senior resident who acts in cooperation with nursing to produce the best results for patient care, a positive working environment and unite the nursing staff and resident relationship. Theresa’s husband, Bob Strecker, presented the award to Megan last month, recognizing her continuous care and contributions to our community.
