Think Hospitality is a rapidly expanding real estate development and hospitality company owned by three lifelong friends–Hunter Gellin, Mark Shemel, and Shawn Vardi. More than just a lifelong friendship, Think Hospitality is about creating a community within the heart of the arts district for locals and tourists alike by providing multiple f&b outlets and beautiful rooms only 1 block from the beach. Hotels include The Plymouth Hotel; The Boulan Hotel, The Clinton Hotel; South Beach Hotel Restaurants in our portfolio: Orange Blossom; Falsa Limonada Each of these properties focus on their location in the heart of the Miami Beach's Arts District by featuring local artists in the lobbies and rooms and collaborating with local establishments like the Bass Museum, Miami City Ballet School, and the Collins Park Neighborhood Association. Providing unique, artful, and intimate service is what sets these hospitality establishments apart from the rest of Miami's institutions.

    Melody De La Fe is the Marketing Director for Think Hospitality and the next panelist on the session, A Destination for Locals and Travelers: The Importance of Branding & Experience on the Innovation Stage on Wednesday, September 20th at 1:30 pm. Originally hailing from South Australia, Melody began her professional career in the fashion and advertising industry as a model. Her work took her across Asia and Europe before settling in the U.S. market. Throughout her 15+ years in modeling, she graced campaigns for renowned brands such as Maybelline, Colgate, Kohls, and Hanes, with a specialization in commercial advertising. With a successful career that started in her teens, Melody's journey later led her to explore her creative side behind the camera. She has since grown her portfolio as a talented photographer, producer, and freelance creative director, shooting for national and international brands and publications. The transition into her marketing role at Think Hospitality came when she was ready to set her sights on new challenges and this role was the perfect platform to further explore and utilize her creative and marketing expertise, honed through a decade of experience working on both sides of photoshoots, productions, and advertising. Her deep understanding of 360 marketing fuels Think Hospitality's success in the dynamic and ever-changing hospitality landscape. Melody's strong entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force behind her career achievements. She fearlessly embraces challenges, consistently going above and beyond her job description to bring the ideal vision to fruition.
