The application for the 5th #Fellowship cohort is now live. This immersive year-long experience will expose the selected fellows to thought leaders from the #energytransition across #industry, #government, #academia, and the #military. The culmination of the program will be the presentation of a capstone #policyproposal our fellows will write, alongside their assigned mentors. In order to continue to build more executive networking opportunities the fellows this year will have the opportunity to meet the outgoing fellows at our annual summit in Washington DC this coming fall. I spoke with Eric Shangle, a Navy Veteran & Veterans Advanced Energy Project Fellow, about the company’s myriad successful people & culture programs, including its work toward greater pay transparency.
