The onsemi Malaysia team isn't afraid to get dirty for a good cause! 💪🌱🌏 Nearly 60 employees participated in our recent Global Volunteer Awareness Month activity to help revitalize a local farm. Volunteers spent the day digging, planting and watering vegetable saplings, and learned about sustainable agriculture and reducing carbon emissions as well. Our deepest thanks to everyone who came out to help and to our friends at Visit.org for helping organize the activity. #weAREonsemi

Visit.org reposted this
Visit.org team had a ball at this years Points of Light Conference. Thank you to the lovely speakers from Microsoft, Citi, Prudential Financial, UPS and more about navigating GenAI adoption within the social impact sector, global employee volunteer engagement, and impact reporting. One of my favorite quotes of the conference was from fellow Salesforce.org alumna and current Microsoft Philanthropies Leader, Devi Thomas, “Deciding when you want to use and do not want to use GenAI is incredibly important.” And another that I’m posting on my wall is from the one and only Rene Diada at Prudential Financial, “You may have the expertise. It doesn’t mean you’re the expert in the room.”

Today, we honor #Juneteenth, a pivotal day in American history that marks the end of slavery and celebrates the journey towards freedom, justice, and equality. At Visit.org, we are dedicated to fostering belonging, understanding, and empowerment through transformative social impact experiences. On this important day, we reflect on the resilience, strength, and enduring spirit of the Black community. We recognize the significance of this day not just as a historical milestone, but as a call to action for continued progress and equality. https://lnkd.in/gfss6-ku
