I work with the president of SHE VET, INC (Wanda Petty) to recommend and review course materials. I help in marketing project management training by speaking on a radio show to talk about the benefits it can provide for the women veterans advancing in their careers.

    I have been providing ongoing project management training to System Source as a sub-contractor since 2012. This PM Training is best characterized as Custom Research and Development Project Management Applied Training that is a mix of Project Management Institute PM Standards and System Sources’ Customers Guidelines and Processes. System Source also sells seats in our open enrollment training classes located at Project Masters site in Columbia, Maryland. Project Masters role includes training, ongoing consulting with System Source and executive management and project management course development. System Source has been in business since 1981. System Source is a regional systems integrator. They have people, process and tools to help clients improve, maintain and acquire all things IT and AV. They have a team of 80 employees to help IMPROVE their IT operations. They train organizations staff in applications or technical topics for more productivity and lower help desk costs. They hold public classes in Hunt Valley, Columbia, and Havre De Grace or dedicated courses on customers’ site.

The two-hour sessions are interactive and will provide an enterprise wide process that is scalable, based on project size, complexity and criticality, providing the foundation for managing all projects. Critical to this effort will be the completion of an ESFCU Pre-session Questionnaire prior to the first senior team session.

    • Made daily site visits to check the quality and make sure the blueprints were being followed.
    o Found a problem with the heating system, it was shown on the blueprints as being three zones, during a quality check I found they had made it only one zone. I worked with our contractor to make sure the fixes where corrected so it was a three-zone.
    • Performed final walkthrough with the builder, inspector, and bank to get approval for occupancy.

    Selected by the Baltimore Chamber of Commerce GovCon Contracting Information Series to participate in a panel as one of three successful women. All three of us had experience winning million-dollar contracts with the government. I presented my bio and joined as part of the panel. I answered questions about winning government contracts from business owners.
