Job Title: Workday HR Tech Portfolio Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

  • A HR Technology Portfolio Leader is responsible for managing the support and operations for a group of technologies that enable the HR function.
  • This role is responsible to manage the full application lifecycle of the solutions, from inception through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • They collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement enhancements, oversee the solutions performance, and ensures compliance with security and governance policies.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Core Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and proficiency in configuring systems to solution for organizational needs.
  • Experience with data migration and integration projects within HR systems.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Workday environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities to understand and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and concise information transfer.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
