Job Description:
A HR Technology Portfolio Leader is responsible for managing the support and operations for a group of technologies that enable the HR function.
This role is responsible to manage the full application lifecycle of the solutions, from inception through development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
They collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement enhancements, oversee the solutions performance, and ensures compliance with security and governance policies.
Travel up to 25%.
Core Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM and proficiency in configuring systems to solution for organizational needs.
Experience with data migration and integration projects within HR systems.
Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues within the Workday environment.
Strong analytical abilities to understand and interpret data.
Excellent communication skills for clear and concise information transfer.
Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
