Dutch businesses, great news! Dutch IBANs are here, ready and waiting in your Business account. Use them to set up direct debit payments and easily pay local utility bills and other charges in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 Local IBANs are also available in France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, and Ireland 🇮🇪, but keep an eye out — we’re expanding. Existing eligible Dutch business customers have been migrated to local Dutch IBANs. New Dutch customers are directly onboarded on Dutch IBANS.

Worst company, ever seen. Treating agents like robots. My friend is working in Email Support, every month they are increasing the targets. I mean 13 14 emails per hour is not possible for human beings it's only possible by bots. If they want to cut down the headcount say it openly. If you don't wanna provide bonus that is ok but putting such type of targets which is highly impossible is mal practice. There is no one in the Top most level to look such things. The LOB managers and OM are doing what they want. As there is no one above them or employee care to take action and stop setting such type of targets. Why I am saying this I saw my friend crying and going into depression. shame on Revolut.

To all future joiners of this company, be mentally prepared before joining as it is not supportive of its employees at all. For instance, I joined on April 15th and during the last week of my training, I was transferred to another team. I was given only three days of training and the trainer i got was not from the same vertical in which i was allinged then expected to deliver exceptional performance the following month, which was impossible for me due to my lack of experience in this vertical. I received no help from colleagues or higher authorities, which led to poor scores. Everything I learned, I learned on my own through Markdown. Before joining this company, keep in mind its uncertainty and lack of concern for employee morale. They set employees up for failure with insufficient training and unrealistic expectations. Even if you show significant improvement and dedication, as I did, they might still disregard your efforts and terminate you without consideration. This company prioritizes its metrics over its employees' well-being and growth. Think twice and be prepared for a challenging environment where your hard work might not be acknowledged.
