Today is my last day at Discover Financial Services. Over the past three years I am grateful for the growth experiences and the opportunity to lead such an amazing team of HR individuals. Your commitment to helping our customers achieve a brighter financial future and delivering our employee value promise to Discover employees was amazing to witness. I am honored to have worked beside such rockstars. I am also thankful for the opportunity to have been the executive sponsor of our Pride ERG, working with our Pride community leaders to driving change and making an impact has been a highlight of my career. Lastly, I am excited about my new career journey at Cepheid leading the Human Resources and Internal Communications organization.
