It's all about change ...

It scares me that as I get older, it seems that I have a growing propensity to carry-on or get on a soapbox, that I am watching this happen and still not able to always stop it makes this worse.

On of my most frequent soapboxes is about change, that it is the only constant that you can truly rely on in any effort or product or project. It's really what I think is the explanation for Conway's Law, its why I gravitate toward a lightweight approach to domain driven design, why I listen carefully to my customer's choice of verbs and nouns. Success is the result of how we address change and our ability to change. I hate the term project management, prefer the idea of project execution.
