Next working day courier delivery

Order by 20:00 and get your device delivered by DPD the next working day. Northern Ireland or North of Scotland will take 2 working days.

Orders placed after 20:00 will arrive in 2 working days.

Delivery is between 08:00 and 18:00 on business days. During busy periods, DPD may choose to make a weekend delivery.

Delivery times

Your new phone, tablet, broadband device or accessory will be delivered by DPD the next working day if ordered by 20:00. Northern Ireland or North of Scotland will take 2 working days.

SIMs are sent by Royal Mail First Class and will arrive in 1-3 working days.

Pre-ordered devices

The delivery time for pre-orders is approx. 4 weeks, but this date depends on stock arriving from our suppliers. We’ll give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order. We’ll also let you know as soon as your device is on its way, or if there are any changes to delivery.

Pick up your online order in store

If you order online, you can choose to reserve and pick up your order from a store near you. Please note that stock availability is different in each store and might impact where you’ll be able to reserve stock. Reservation will be instant, and you’ll have 14 days to collect your order from your chosen store.

We’ll send you confirmation – which will include an order number – when your order is complete, and we’ll let you know which forms of ID you’ll need to bring with you. Our team will be on-hand to help you set up your device, or to recommend apps and accessories.

Returns and exchanges

If you’ve ordered a phone, tablet, or broadband device online, you can return or exchange it within 14 days (or in the case of Home Broadband Consumer customers, within 30 days) of receiving it. Your device must be ‘as new’ to do this.

Upgrades

If you’ve upgraded online or over the phone, we’ll deliver your new device between 8:00 and 18:00 on the date specified.
