  • The Gartner Magic Quadrant for CPaaS, first released in 2023, evaluates the CPaaS providers to determine their ability to execute and completeness of vision. The 2024 report examined the strengths and cautions of 11 vendors.
  • The Critical Capabilities is an essential companion to the Gartner Magic Quadrant. This methodology provides deeper insight into providers’ product and service offerings by extending the Magic Quadrant analysis.
