Staff International produces ready-to-wear apparel, bags, shoes, and accessories collections, under the “Made in Italy” hallmark, ensuring quality and excellence. Currently, Staff International acts as an industrial platform for some of the labels in the OTB’s portfolio, including Maison Margiela and its MM6 advanced contemporary line, Marni and Diesel’s shoes, bags and small leather goods division. At the same time, the company works under an exclusive worldwide license with Dsquared2 for the product research and development, production, and omnichannel distribution of the collections.

    Staff International is the protagonist of the second episode of Districts, ClassTV Moda’s new series – a journey across our country, which unveils the Made in Italy supply chain and artisanship beauty.   Excellence, craftsmanship and attention to details stand out while walking through our prototyping, tailoring and product design offices, highlighting the incredible skills and dedication of our colleagues, who are committed to manufacturing high-quality luxury products. In a seamless creative flow, at Staff International we manage the various phases of the creation of fashion collections for all the OTB brands and for Dsquared2, under global licensing agreement.   Ubaldo Minelli, OTB Group CEO and Staff International CEO, who was interviewed in the episode, thoroughly described the intricate sophistication of our company, explaining the wholehearted support and the strong attention we give to our partners of the supply chain and to a new generation of young talents.     Applications for the fourth edition of our internal academy “Scuola dei Mestieri” are open until June 14!   Starting in September 2024, the 6-month course is aimed at providing students with craftsman skills that are at the heart of Italian artisanship and excellence in the luxury industry. It will offer students an immersive, hands-on training program with a particular focus on prototyping. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to learn directly from industry experts by visiting some of Staff International’s production partners and working within the ateliers of the OTB Group’s brands. The program is aimed at recent graduates from high schools, specialized courses, and universities in the field of fashion.     The successful 3rd edition of our Scuola dei Mestieri – School of Craftsmanship has come to an end.   We are extremely proud of all the students who embarked on this journey.   On the closing day, they presented in detail the garments they crafted, proving the knowledge they acquired during the 6-month academic program. While describing their experience, they especially valued the technical and practical skills they gained, and praised the school for creating an enriching learning environment, where they could support and push each other forward.   A new edition of the Scuola dei Mestieri will kick off in September 2024, with applications opening in June.   For more information: academy@staffinternational.com #StaffInternational #OTBGroup

    Today we are glad to celebrate the conclusion of the third edition of our "Scuola dei Mestieri" (School of Craftsmanship). During the 6-month long Academy, the students coming from across Italy received hands-on training to gain and develop theoretical and practical craftmanship skills, which represent the true essence of the Made in Italy luxury. During their journey, they had the opportunity to learn from experts and to visit Staff International main production partners to see the Italian luxury supply chain excellence first-hand. This program also allows us to promote the transmission of ideas and knowledge that have made Staff International a flagship company of Made in Italy and to continue to support the generations of new talents. The graduates of the third edition will now start their professional path in Staff International or in the other companies of the OTB Group. After the success of the first three editions, a fourth edition of the Scuola Dei Mestieri will kick off in September, with applications opening in June.     In 2023, OTB Group achieved positive results across multiple fronts. We closed the financial year with a 1.9 billion euro turnover, 33,8% direct channel growth and a total of 610 direct stores, with Asia and Japan driving Group growth. OTB brands registered excellent performance: in particular, Diesel (+13.1%), JIL SANDER (+17.3%) and Maison Margiela (+23%). Marni continued to grow and consolidated its global positioning path, VIKTOR&ROLF celebrated its 30th anniversary as a haute couture icon, Staff International continued to be a highly strategic group asset and BRAVE KID announced a new, five-year licensing agreement with MAX&Co. The Group also continued to commit to supporting its supply chain, to invest in innovation and in its people, and reiterated its commitment towards vulnerable people, in Italy and internationally through the OTB Foundation.     OTB Group presents its results at 31st December 2023.  2023 was a year of important growth that confirmed and consolidated OTB Group’s positioning in all its main markets and distribution channels. The financial year closed with turnover of 1.9 billion euro. "I am proud of what we achieved in 2023, as our brands continued to grow in all markets. Young consumers appreciate the fact that our brands focus largely on the look and quality of their products and continue their mission to make fashion a dream. A mission we would not achieve without the excellence of our great supply chain, where we have established collaborations and partnerships, and of Made in Italy”, said OTB Group Founder and Chairman Renzo Rosso. “I am extremely satisfied with the results reported by OTB in 2023. We achieved growth with all our brands and in all regions, confirming the success of our business model.
