🌈🏃♀️ We had the pleasure of joining the 2nd edition of the Luxembourg Pride Run this past Thursday, a vibrant celebration of diversity, inclusion, and community spirit! This charity race is more than just a run; it's a powerful statement of solidarity with the LGBTIQ+ community. It was inspiring to see so many companies, associations, families, and friends come together to support this cause that aligns closely with our firm's commitment to equality and inclusion. Thank you to everyone who joined and made the #LuxembourgPrideRun a resounding success. Let's continue to run together towards a world where diversity is celebrated, and equality is the finish line for all! 🏳️🌈

☀🚵♂️ In perfect weather conditions we held our #CyclingDay2024 yesterday! The 4th edition of our Cycling Day saw us team up with clients and colleagues for an extraordinary journey on two wheels, led by none other than cycling legend Fränk Schleck! 🏰 Setting off from the scenic Mondorf-Les-Bains, we embarked on a route that took us through the picturesque landscapes of France, Germany and Luxembourg. A special highlight was our stop at the historic Malbrouck Castle, where we took a moment to appreciate the rich heritage of the region, before continuing at a fast pace back to Mondorf! The legs suffered a bit but we had a great time and had a bit of time to recover in the evening around a nice paella. Immense gratitude goes to the Schleck X-Perience team for leading us safely with such expertise and enthusiasm. A big thank you to all the participants for your energy and spirit. We hope you found the challenge as rewarding as we did and we look forward to seeing you at next year's Cycling Day! 👏

🏬 We have advised the syndicate of underwriters (led by BNP Paribas) in connection with the offering by Mobilux 2 SAS (“BUT”) and Mobilux Confo SAS (“Conforama”) and their respective consolidated subsidiaries (collectively, “Mobilux”) of €250 million aggregate principal amount of 7.00 percent senior secured notes due 2030 and the concurrent upsize of a revolving credit facility from €139.5 million to €210.0 million. Clifford Chance's cross border team advising the underwriters on the bond issuance was led by London-based high yield partner, Jill Concannon, with key transaction support provided by Olivier Plessis (US Counsel), Yash Ranade (Senior Associate) and Garo Yaghsezian (Associate).
