Sometimes, when an opportunity arises you have to pick it - especially if it leads you to your hometown. Last month I had the fantastic chance to be part of the Migration Squad for our client Sandoz in Madrid due to the separation from Novartis. Our joint goal was to migrate devices & users, helping them to work using two environments and ensuring service continuity while minimizing work disruptions; all of this while creating and adapting processes on the go as it was the first location to migrate. I had the luck of working jointly with great colleagues from different countries in a very dynamic environment under the excellent leadership of Jacob Øllgaard. We also worked hand in hand with the onsite Technicians Jorge Alberto Borao Bernal and Ignacio Aparicio Arias; thank you guys to make us feel at home from minute one.
