We wanted to take a moment to congratulate our most recent July cohort of EngineerKit Level 1 graduates: Shawn L., Luis Javier Lozoya, Laurie McCormick, Kaitlyn Layman, Sefora Rodriguez, Stephen Rivas, Marti Lombardi, Clyde Richardson, and Graham Paasch These nine were amazing to have in our two-day EngineerKit "Mentor Level 1" training. This was our largest group yet, but they were all so humble and vulnerable that it felt like a small group that has know each other for quite some time. The organizations that get to work with these quality people are blessed to have them. A special shout out to Agile Learning Institute for their partnership and sending three of their mentors through our training. You have been a joy to work with and see the lives you're impacting in North Carolina! A shoutout to our partners at Avoda Coaching Group, Nelson Roth, ICF-MCC, and Pam Roth, PCC for setting the bar in being loving and caring people, while deliver real value in coaching techniques that can be used in any mentoring relationship. We wanted to take a moment to congratulate our June (better late than never!) cohort of EngineerKit Level 1 graduates: Christina R., Justin Litchfield, and Kim . These three were a blast to have in our two-day EngineerKit "Mentor Level 1" training. It was so encouraging to see how all three of them have already been actively mentoring others through their career, and want to find ways to amplify what they're doing in their organizations. A shoutout to our partners at Avoda Coaching Group, Nelson Roth, ICF-MCC, and Pam Roth, PCC for being such great examples and professional coach trainers, showing us first hand how to be "coaching mentors" in our field.
