groninger USA welcomed 9 summer Mechatronics pre-apprentices this week! Pre-apprenticeship is the last step before candidates are admitted to groninger’s #apprenticeship program. During the six-week paid experience, participants receive safety and systems training, complete two classes at Central Piedmont Community College and participate in very rigorous electrical and programming projects. Meeting regulatory requirements with the robocell: What regulatory requirements does the robocell, developed in collaboration with SKAN, meet? Here's a snapshot: 🔬 Utilization of appropriate technologies: In compliance with Annex 1, Section 2.1, the robocell integrates a SKAN isolator and in-house developed robotic systems. 🔒 Minimization of human interventions: The robocell is entirely gloveless and robotic, reducing human interventions within the aseptic core (Annex 1, Section 8.9). 💨 Emphasis on first air principles: By ensuring a unidirectional air flow post HEPA filtration that is free of particles, the robocell meets the first-air principle (Annex 1, Sections 4.4 and 7.18). groninger + SKAN's robocell demonstrates its ability to meet regulatory standards while ensuring superior performance in pharmaceutical production. #groninger #robocell #pharma #regulatorycompliance #pharmaceutical
