When her own mother transitioned to a memory care home, she stayed with us to provide care for others as she had discovered a real affinity for caregiving and service the elderly. She brings experience, patience, understanding, and professionalism to her role and she represents herself and our brand very well. She navigates changing situations well and the whole team enjoys having her on board. Kylie is definitely a yes-girl - she fills in whenever she can without a second thought. Our scheduling team in particular values her "can do" attitude and she is on the short list for a call when there's an urgent care need! All we could ask for is more availability!
