We have signed an agreement to acquire Circulus Holdings, PBLLC, a leading recycler of plastic waste into PCR. With an additional 50,000 metrics tons of capacity per year, we can expand our offerings to customers by producing higher performing circular products. This transaction supports our efforts to transform plastic waste and other forms of alternative feedstocks into 3 million metric tons of circular and renewable solutions annually by 2030.
