You have to manage that happiness. Don’t just expect things to change. When it comes to leaving a job that isn't working for you, many people believe they have to stay in their first job for 12 months for fear their resume will look bad and no one will hire them again. While it is better to not have moved jobs after two months, if there is a clear reason for doing so, then you should do it.

2moI really enjoyed listening to this episode with 'Yoda': Lots of interesting points and practical tips on how we can interact in more helpful ways with others and create greater psychological safety in our teams. All of us can behave in uncivil ways which may come across as aggressive from time to time, whether it is because of lack of awareness or simply due to overwhelm, and we can all also be on the receiving end. And so having strategies in place to deal with these situations is really helpful!
