This year, we celebrate Women's History Month under the theme "Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion." Our Gender Empowerment Employee Resource Group members shared stories of women in their lives who embody this theme—here's who Zain Mehmood, Marketing Coordinator for Aéropostale and Nautica, looks to for inspiration: "My little sister Fatima is my best friend and a great role model. Even though she's much younger than me, she's the first person I go to for advice. She is the definition of a girl's girl—always looking out for other women and cheering everyone's success.
