When a patient has been given incorrect information by a clinician, and cannot obtain the labs as prescribed where can the patient get help? This of course is after calling the useless phone number and making a request in your portal. We were told to get a lab from Genova labs, after spending an hour on waiting on the phone they informed us that only the clinician/NP can do so, we have not been supplied with any requistion number. Who can help with that? Does Parsley health care AT ALL????????
When you look at a person holistically you can't ignore that mental and physical wellbeing will be intertwined. What do you think is the biggest reason that most medical practitioners have stopped viewing the bigger picture when it comes to overall wellbeing?
I think this is fantastic. My hope is that one day the terms holistic medicine and functional medicine will just be the STANDARD and be what we refer to as "medicine." We should all have the opportunity to be truly seen, heard and get to the root of what will drive us toward wellness.

This feels very much like extortion, as a facility to have us maintain payments while not providing the complete service as promised I have spent hours calling, and leaving messages for NO response, no resolution, no communication.
