That’s why we organized our first Employee Welcome Day in Parma. As our team is growing fast, the aim of this initiative is to provide a general overview of the Kemin values and culture, each department’s focus activities as well as getting familiar with the new teams. A path designed to strengthen professional and personal relationships between colleagues right from the beginning. Last week our scientists Serena Martini and Luigi Alberti participated in the 5th edition of International Symposium on Lipid Oxidation and Antioxidants, #5thISLOA held in Bologna. The focus of the poster presentations was on OLESSENCE B Liquid, our synergistic blend including olive extract protecting dry bakery goods from oxidation. Besides new inputs and possible collaborations, great feedback has been received in presenting our vision, goals and how science drives choices from research to final customer preferences. #olessence #compelledbycuriosity
