    📢Event Recap: Peptide Synthesis Lunch and Learn at Stanford University📢 We are thrilled to share about our recent Peptide Synthesis Lunch and Learn event hosted at Stanford University! 🌲 🌟 🔬 Event Highlights: - Multiple labs from Stanford University Department of Chemistry and Stanford University School of Medicine were represented, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas and collaboration. - Attendees had the opportunity to receive personalized peptide synthesis consultation from our co-founder, Dario Slavazza, who has over 30 years of peptide synthesis experience in R&D and cGMP environments. - Wesley Greiner shared some of the newest developments in research scale synthesis methodologies and advancements in green chemistry. - Engaging discussions on how the SPPS process differs once research is scaled up to gram and kilogram batches for process development and manufacturing. This event was a fantastic platform for knowledge sharing and networking, enhancing our collective understanding of peptide synthesis.     🌱 Embracing a Greener Future in Peptide Synthesis 🌱 Exciting developments in Green Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) are paving the way for more sustainable practices in peptide production! CSBio's peptide synthesizers are supporting the groundbreaking research and development in this area. 🔬 One standout and recent publication involves Novo Nordisk's use of the CSBio CS936 peptide synthesizer, which focuses on enhancing the environmental sustainability of SPPS. This research employs advanced spectrophotometric techniques to detect residual piperidine, enabling real-time monitoring and significantly reducing solvent use. This not only improves safety but also aligns with green chemistry principles by minimizing environmental impact. 💡 Other impactful studies involve the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna) and Fresenius Kabi with CSBio's CS136X peptide synthesizer, and another by Bachem, Novo Nordisk, and Fernando Albericio utilizing the CSBio CS536X peptide synthesizer where they have made strides in developing greener solvent alternatives.
