Meet Gabriel Franklin, one of the many faces behind the FloConnect® surface automation platform. He serves as the global product champion for the platform and has been with Halliburton for 12 years. Gabriel began his journey as a testing and subsea intern in Brazil. His inspiration to innovate technologies stems from an inquisitive attitude combined with a desire for improvement. He firmly believes that “it has always been this way” is not an answer but rather a hint of where improvements can be made. “I was immediately drawn to FloConnect because I saw opportunities for enhancement in the field that the platform aims to address. The most remarkable experience is when I explain what it does to people, and they smile once they understand it, saying, ‘Does such a thing really exist?'" New partner agreement announced 🗞️ today with AIQ. Under the agreement, AIQ’s RoboWell autonomous well control (AWC) solution will be made available through our iEnergy® hybrid cloud. iEnergy is designed to deploy, integrate, and manage sophisticated exploration and production (E&P) applications and connect assets in public or private cloud environments.
