We are thrilled to announce that our founder Kene Anoliefo and the HEARD by Elis team has been selected for the Google for Startups Black Founders Fund!  Elis was one of 10 AI companies chosen to receive funding, mentorship and technical support from Google.  This new partnership comes at an incredibly exciting moment as we build HEARD, our AI-driven customer interview platform. We plan to leverage Google’s multi-modal AI to add video, voice and other interactive features to HEARD interviews. These capabilities will empower product and marketing teams to collect customer insights in new and exciting ways. Our mission is to make every voice in every community HEARD, and we’re excited to partner with Google on this journey. Crafting your product narrative is like writing an epic novel. 🗺️⚔️🐉 And just like the epics we know and love, there are heroes and villains, damsels in distress, and magical weapons that appear just in time to save the day. The hero of your product narrative is not your company — it’s your customer. Your customer is on an epic journey to “rescue” someone or something important to them — that’s the outcome they want to achieve. But, a scary beast stands in their way (the obstacles your customer faces). Just when they think the battle is lost, a magical weapon shows up to help them save the day — that’s where your solution comes in. Writing your product narrative requires a deep understanding of your customer, their journey, and the obstacles that stand in their way.
