We were honored to be invited by City of Los Angeles Council President Paul Krekorian to present LA Tourism’s signature culinary program, Dine LA, before the City Council this morning. LA Tourism's presentation, led by Adam Burke and Stacey Sun, highlighted the restaurant industry's crucial role in shaping communities, driving LA’s economy, and offering unique experiences for visitors and Angelenos alike. It was a privilege to stand beside Homegirl Café General Manager Pam Herrera, who represented one of our more than 400 participating Dine LA restaurants. Her story showcased how dining experiences can inspire, change lives, and bring hope to communities—a testament to the power of the restaurant industry. As one of the world's most dynamic and diverse culinary destinations, LA is excited to showcase culture through cuisine during Dine LA’s Summer program from July 12-26.
