Let me share my key takeaways: 🔺 A team of only superstars won’t win anything. Whether in sport or business, a team needs a mix and balance of different personalities and strengths to succeed. 🔺 A high-performing team needs lightness and clarity. 🔺 It’s just football. We need to let sports be sports again, without over-socializing it. Sometimes it should just be about enjoying the game. Maybe we need to get out of our heads and share in the excitement. 🔺 In society, we need to regain our ability to have a balanced debate and find common ground. And of course, we had to dive into #football, hoping for some secrets or anecdotes from the sports world.
