But this event was just a glimpse into #OneLubrizol's unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship – a commitment that permeates every fiber of our being, extending far beyond a single day or initiative. We at Lubrizol Life Science - Beauty lead this mission by developing cutting-edge solutions that are not only effective but also eco-friendly. Feast your eyes on AlgaPūr™ High Stability High Oleic Algae Oil, where we harness the power of microalgae through controlled fermentation using sugarcane as a feedstock. And guess what? Sugarcane has one of the lowest carbon footprints and requires 𝗻𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, unlike other raw material extractions like Palm Oil. Talk about a win-win! Kapil Telang, Associate Director - Product Management Group IMEA, took the stage to present on "Enabling lower CO2 footprint & lower cost of ownership with fuel-efficient lubricants." A key takeaway was that leading Indian Commercial Vehicle OEMs are embracing higher performance, lighter viscosity (SAE 5W-30) engine lubricants in response to stricter emission norms and tighter CO2 limits. These lubricants not only help the vehicles comply with stringent regulations but also provide environmental benefits and fuel economy advantages to the end-users.
