Focus and discipline take us to the next level. Aligning yourself with the priorities that will make the most impact in your goals is necessary… do this daily. It’s easy to confuse “can’t” for “not now.” Your word choice matters. Be kind to yourself and evaluate if it’s a true impossibility (can’t) or not aligned to your goals today (not now). When you use can’t for things you can do, you minimize yourself. Be honest with yourself: you can; you don’t want to because you don’t need the distraction on the way to achieve your goals.

Depending on what it is, you can frame it as "not yet" if it's something you are aiming for.

I like this framing - going to start using "not now," more often.
