Manoj Ramnani’s Post

Our first annual imPACT month was in June. The team celebrated our culture pillars and we recognized our colleagues who embody these values every day. As a symbol of unity, SalesIntel.io donated one tree to represent each team member and we planted them in the area of the world we all live in. I couldn't be more proud of the team. #culturepillars #employeeappreciation

June was SalesIntel's first annual imPACT month! Why and what is imPACT month? 1) A way to celebrate our culture pillars and recognize our colleagues who embody these values every day 2) In a mostly remote environment, we don’t always have the opportunity to see and hear about the great things happening across the organization What did imPACT month consist of? 1) Each week in June we focused on one culture pillar 📈 Progress Over Perfection 🥇 Adapt For Success 😊 Customer Delight 🌳 Together We Grow 2) Teammates were sharing via slack personal and/or professional stories related to the pillar of the week 3) We nominated our teammates via a Slack post whenever we observed them living our values Soon, a company wide vote will be taken to decide who wins the first annual imPACT month award! The winner will get a custom SalesIntel jacket 💙 🧡 Our CRO, Mike Levy, had this to say during our last week of imPACT👇 "This week's pillar was #togetherwegrow and I wholeheartedly believe in this value. I don't have all the answers, Manoj doesn't have all the answers, not even the Garys have all of the answers. But collectively, we do and if we work as a team and use all of our internal resources we will absolutely crush Q3 and Q4." As a symbol of unity, SalesIntel has donated one tree to represent each team member and we planted them in the respective area of the world we all live in. 55 Trees - United Stated 45 Trees - India 10 Trees - Europe Visit onetreeplanted.org to learn more. #culture #growth #customerfirst #adapt
