Traditional modes of hiring were proving to be insufficient in finding candidates that fit the list of requirements

Recruiter Upskilling on social recruitment as part of the talent acquisition strategy ensured that recruiters
were actively finding, connecting and engaging with target talent using LinkedIn recruiter.
Targeted advertising helped Nitor reach out to a larger, yet targeted talent pool. They reached out to passive
candidates who were open to experiencing an exciting opportunity.
Creating a dedicated team to build a talent brand on LinkedIn helped engage with candidates on a regular
basis and create a warm pipeline. Publishing content relevant to candidates was directly associated with
